The Only Representative service is the basis for services such as pre-registration, registration, notification, and exemption applications. We have a wholly-owned subsidiary in Korea that provides our clients with the Only Representative service (OR) under K-REACH.
The first batch of PEC (Priority Existing Chemicals) announced by Korea includes 510 substances. After July 1, 2018, registration is required before exporting to Korea exceeds 1 ton/year.
PEC substances cannot be pre-registered. We provide registration services for PEC substances.
Substances not listed in KECL (Korea Existing Chemicals List) are new chemical substances and cannot be pre-registered. Details
